What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Diners) as payment in addition to PayPal.

Please note: Registration with PayPal is NOT required  

What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and price tags attached with the original invoice. When returning shoes, the return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box. Unfortunately, we cannot provide return shipping services except in the event of an order error. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs.

Please note that the original shipping charges on the order will not be refunded. We will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer. Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with a proper tracking number. We also recommend insuring the package for the full amount of value. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer. Once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the customer – which does not include the original cost of postage and packaging.   If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us prior to placing the order.   If you have any questions regarding returns, please email us.
We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Domestic Shipping & Delivery 

We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. We offer a cost-based shipping system. Domestic orders are shipped via Israel Post Registered Mail.

Please contact for any questions or requests regarding shipping methods, or address changes. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. The following timeline can be utilized strictly as a guideline for estimate delivery times

International Shipping & Delivery

International shipments are all via Eco Post or EMS.

Orders to Canada are shipped via UPS Standard.

Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared through customs and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame. 


Orders outside of Israel may be responsible for import duties and taxes.  In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.  Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be.   We suggest you contact your local customs for additional information.

How do I know when my order has shipped out?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

I just placed an order, but can I modify or edit it?

If you would like to modify or edit your processed online order, please have your order # ready and contact as soon as possible. 

Where is my online order being shipped from?

Your order is processed at our warehouse location in Israel.

Can I place an order online and do an in-store pickup?

Yes, an online order can be picked up at our Tel Aviv Flagship, after placing an order either send an email, or call us at our customer service number.

What is the typical response time to a customer inquiry?

We strive to respond as promptly as possible and provide accurate information for our customers. Response time is typically within 24 hours.

Shipping and Delivery

At our goal is to provide you with the customer service that will have you coming back, we strive on making your shopping experience rewarding and safe.


Products must be in the condition you received them in with the original box and/or packaging. If merchandise is not returned in its original box or the box is taped and used to return the merchandise, a $3 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Clothing and hats must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags intact.

From here you have two options.

You are required to bring the completed Return/Exchange Form along with the receipt to the store in order to return or exchange your item. We will gladly pay shipping charges on returned items if:

If you wish to exchange an item purchased, please contact our Customer Service Department, They will check the availability of the replacement item you are requesting and further explain the steps needed to make the exchange.

Merchandise that is exchangeable can be returned by either mailing to the address above or by bringing it into one of our store locations

Refusal of package delivery from our drop ship partners:

A restocking charge of 15% will be deducted from your refund if the order is refused for delivery, or canceled in transit.


Standard Ground Shipping is FREE in Israel.

Most of the items on our website are located in our warehouse and will ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery to you will take an additional 3-10 days, depending on your location.

If for some reason we are temporarily out-of-stock, there are three options available:

Our preferred Carrier is Israel Post. For International orders to the US, EMS or Eco Post will be used, meaning USPS will receive the package and deliver it.  International orders vary, if selected EMS will be used, other wise Eco post.

Standard Shipping – Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders in Israel.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping for International destinations only, which may be selected as you place your order. The expedited options are EMS. All expedited orders are processed and shipped before 1:00 PM the day after your order is processed.
